Peavy has to be ready to leave that team that gives him run support in the 1.8 range. He's got a couple of Cy Young awards waiting on him if he can change teams.
there were talks two years ago and his kid just started school in mobile. he also bought a bunch of land recently so it would seem as if he is staying (long run) and wants to get back into the area soon. hes got it made as a pitcher in san diego but i bet the braves would be willing to spend some money on a young pitcher for the first time in a while. not sure if it will happen but there have been talks in the past between them. plus im sure tim kurk gin could find the stats but he has to be in the top five when it comes to lack of run support. hudson, peavy, jj, dick face cometh. not a terrible rotation. we should sell frenchy on ebay to raise cash for peavy.
