An observation to ponder: If trump had used DHS or even worse, our military, to seize all the voting machines across this country isn't it obvious that he could have and WOULD HAVE changed them all to say whatever he wanted them to say? Hell, he wouldn't have had to even physically change them, he could have just reported that they said something they didn't say. And then its corollary: Now, let's place that observation within the notion of American democracy, itself. Wouldn't that have been the end? Wouldn't this grand experiment we call the United States of America be over? So, what do we do with an American president who took an oath to respect our Constitution and to protect our country? JUST THE FACT THAT HE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED IT, as we now know from minutes within the Oval Office, even to the point of a formal inquiry to DHS, even to the point of a standby executive order, is in my view enough for punishment of some kind. What would be appropriate?

Yea, asking for who wrote the letter = I believe anything. I'd say its quite the opposite with you guys. You guys invented an endpoint and look for parts to fill it in along the way. Take your mask off, you need more oxygen guy.
I suspect that Mike Pence's chief aide, who recently testified under subpoena, knows the answer. We will find out over the summer.
