  2. so she isnt a hearsay witness becasue she heard people say things about events others witnessed. things she wasnt there for?

you heard her say it, are you a direct witness now?

  3. She was in the room and heard much of what she testified to. She made very clear those things she was told versus those things she heard.

This is not a trial. This is a hearing. And I am certain that almost everybody believes the things she said... dishonest people will deny that they do, just as with the Kavanaugh hearings.
  4. being told and hearing are the two parts of same thing. that is how sounds work. the person speaking about events makes sonic waves, which go into your ear, and you "hear" them "say" what they actually didnt just hear about, but they saw.

so to review, the person hearing a person say something about an event is not a direct witness to the event.

so, if , for example she was in the car with trump, then speaking about what he did would not be hearsay. get it?

  5. worth note the person she heard saying things about these events was not there either.

ever played that child's game chinese telephone or whatever? one kid tells another kid, and so on, and pretty soon a story about a kid kicking a soccer ball is about a dinosaur eating a wendys.

  6. Tomorrow's star witness will quote Trump as saying, "Say hello to my little friend!" Then he blew away the entire House of Representatives.

  7. You know exactly what I meant, you trumplodyte twit. The event she was told happened versus the events she witnessed and heard directly. And she always said which was which.
  8. I am CERTAIN you didn't watch her testimony. So stop pretending you know what she said.
  9. Surely the secret service will confirm this horrendous story!
  10. i heard others say things about it, thats more than enough, im a direct witness
