No, it isn't unless you post the photo of EVERY insurrectionist under investigation... because you wouldn't want him to stick out like a sore thumb. Inasmuch as there were hundreds of others whose photos were not posted as needing identification there was no need to do it unless he was a genuine suspect originally.
