    per Glenn Guilbeau at Shreveport Times today, Miles is visiting monday with Jared Foster, QB from Lake Charles Barbe about a possible greyshirt. Good article about him at LA football magaziine

    Recruit Update: QB Jared Foster, Barbe High School

    Sounds like a good prospect with some time to develop :geauxtige :LSU231:

    This kid is a sleeper! If he decides to commit he will be the starting QB in two years! Colleges will be kicking themselves for not recruiting him....

    Yes, he turned down offers and will be a preferred walk-on. Final decision came last night.

    at the beginning of les miles presser, he specifically said he couldnt address any preferred walk ons. if we werent gonna have any, i would think he would have said "we arent gonna have any". but not being able to address them means they are there.
