Can't speak for a bunch of the other restaurants but Jason's Deli sucks!!!!! Where else can you spend $10 on a ham sandwich that is the same quality as one out of a vending machine?
Give the guy a break, its tough switching from horror flicks (slicing people) to the deli business (slicing ham) !
