Is this this guy that was arrested for sexual assault? I don't know any of the details but I can't say I'm thrilled to hear this. If not, what is the deal?
That doesn't mean there wasn't something to it. Maybe the charges were bull****, I don't know. Just makes me leery.
Yeah it's never something you want attached to an incoming player but I trust CLM. If they still want him and they know what really happened then it's good enough for me.
If I am not mistaken the charges were some sort of sexual assault charges. I think he had relations with a girl of questionable age. I do not know how the charges were handled, dropped, or what really came of it. Laws differ from state to state on the "age" at which things like this are considered consensual and when they are still assault?
