I could post stats and links, but take my word for it that JJ needs at least 25 attempts to get that magic number we all want which is at least 200 yards passing..

6 yards per pass attempt is not the worst stat in the world. It's not good by any means, either. You want to be in that 7-8 yards per attempt area preferably. Anything above that would be outstanding.

Hard to say how the stats would have looked had he attempted 25-30 passes. The one stat line that stands out with Jefferson is the limited number of interceptions he has had throughout his career. Normally that is a great indication of good QB play, but in this case it's a timid QB who does not feel comfortable throwing it into "tighter" spaces. Thus the indecision on his part, thus the breakdown in pass protection ultimately, yada yada yada.

We don't want him throwing interceptions, but at what cost are we achieving that result?
