1. All the outside pressure forced Oeaux to get this done earlier than he wanted.

News: #LSU asst Joe Brady, via a signed MOA, has agreed to a new contract, sources tell @SINow. Parameters in flux, but for now it is 3 yrs/~$3M+
Deal protects LSU from losing Brady to college asst jobs, but provides flexibility for a jump to the #NFL.

  2. Excellent news.

  3. Doesn't think mean he could still jump to a NFL job before the NCG? I feel like this was more of a way to quiet the rumors before the game to keep the players focused.

I hope he still waits another year or two before making a move.

  4. What a chickenshit deal ...

$800,000 is garbage for these results and frankly a fkn insult ...

$1.5 minimum with incentives (33%) to reach the SECCG and cash extra for playoffs

He gone ... Mark it ...
Miracle if he’s here in August

Cheap ass Woodward needs his fat azz punted across the fkn Quad ... What a drizzlin shit he has become ...

With F-tards like this, expect lotsa departures from Asst coaches making
    200K
    300K
    450K (2)
    Etc

Rhule ($8.5 mil/yr) will get him a $2-3 mil / year easy if it comes to bidding

We gonna hang Woodward from a Stadium Oak when this happens ...

Ruined my fkn week reading this garbage
  5. Take a breath, nothing is formal yet.
  6. Take a breath long enough to put a shoe in Woodward’s ass ...

1,500 ASST coaches compete annually for a Broyles Award ...

It’s the Heisman of ASST Coaching ...

I’ve left messages for Woodward ... They weren’t nice ...

Can’t ANYONE see that if we follow the SABAN MODEL (F-ING YOUR ASSTS) then your staff is gutted and you get a mediocre result end product ...
  7. I was thinking 3 mil per when I first glanced. Well we aren't out bidding many Nfl teams. Although the OC average salary in the NFL is -$1 million.

No contract is going to keep him out of the NFL. We did what we had to. No lateral jump. He'll be here another year or two then move up.

  8. If he really wants nfl, there is no amount of money that will keep him here. This agreement keeps the colleges away from him.

  9. I've got to agree with Ramah here, that low number is startling to say the least.

1.5 million I thought was just a starting point and really 2 million being the target number.

If we get him to stay just 1 more year we are lucky.

Who's is charge? Obviously we can't take a crap on Alleva for this.
