The field is equipped to drain 24" of water per hour according to the turf management folks on our message boards. The field should be dry and fast on Saturday.

I can see a 24" Drain underneath the field but there is no way in hell that it can drain 24" of water if it fell. The Amite River can't even handle that without flooding.

I'm merely passing along the info relayed by the people who have turf management degrees from Auburn. Part of their curriculum involved a study of the turf at JH. If it's wrong, it's wrong, but I trust the guys that studied it.
