JR fumble.

Looked to me that Russell fumbled on that scramble. But after the way we have got the shaft this year we will take it. Besides, the ball was touched on that punt.

 

Yes it looked like a fumble but as hard as they may try the refs can't make every call against us.

He did fumble, but I think the refs had whistled the play dead.

Yeah, they blew it dead when the defense stopped his forward progress. They always do this with quarterbacks. Had that been a rb they would have probably let the play go to the ground.

 

I'm glad that someone agrees with what I've been saying here at home. They got several calls their way and we got ONE big one on that fumble. I'll take it!

 

I am happy with the win but find it hard to believe Tenn only committed 1 or 2 (not sure of the final total) penalties all game. I clearly saw some significant holding on their O-line. Of course, we need to clean up our sloppiness. I liked Miles getting in the faces of the officials. He should do this every game. Glad we got the W.:lsup:

 

The Vols had one penalty for 15 yards.
