Has been a beast so far. Very glad to see that he has recovered from his injury and is showing his full potential. Lets hope he stays healthy. If he keeps playing like he has been he could be an early round pick.

And with the first pick of the 2008 NFL Draft...the Oakland Raiders have selected the LSU Defensive line!

Seriously...He's ranked 86 out of 157 DE's right now. He's had a pretty good showing so far. Earning the SEC Defensive Lineman of the week after the VT game was nice to see. With all of the injuries he's had to overcome, it would be great to see him reach the next level and be successful.

    tigerdro GEAUX TIGERS!

so far this year, Pittman has 13 tackles (3 solo and 10 assists) and 1 sack for -7 yards. i'm sure we'll see those numbers grow quickly now that he's back and in full form. i find that during a game, i'm always watching the action; but when i watch replays i tend to focus on other players. i enjoy watching pittman. he's tough and hits hard.

I think teams may be running away from Tyson Jackson because he's been very quiet so far this season, but Pittman has been there to step up which is excellent.

His first step is just ridiculous...explodes into the backfield. Love watching him play.

He was really impressive in '03 as a true freshman, then the injury bug hit.

I hope he has an explosive season!
