The writeup says "Great digital effects". I guess that means he really didn't hit those shots. I'm so disillusioned!
Very cool commercial. Powerade has made some good commercials of the same sort in the past few years. Michael Vick, Andy Roddick are a few that come to mind. Also the one about the runner jumping over the drawbridge is pretty neat.
