But those damn one lane gravel roads make the trip to Tuscaloosa so difficult.

that and those monstrous logging trucks with swerving two lanes.

at least you get to avoif the ahole mississippi cops and the 3 or 4 wrecks that occur between slidell and hammond each day.

    each trip sucks.

It's called SUPPORT! He's proven to the TigerNation that he's staying. I'd be willing to bet he was there to prove to his players that he supports them on and off the field, and a way of thanking them for playing for him. If my coach came all the way to see me play in a game that didn't involve him, I'd say that shows one hell of a lot of character! What else does this guy have to do to prove himself?????

Whatever the reason, you can bet he had LSU in heart and mind! Thanks Les for your continued support!

That's an over simplified answer but yes he was there in part to see his players. There are also a lot of recruits in that area that attend the game and practices along with a ton of high school coaches that may have a future recruit. It's also an opportunity for a team coming off a national championship to get it's name out there at another high profile football event. There are many reasons why Miles would be at the senior bowl practices and seeing his players is one of them.
