1. right now in my fridge, i have marinating a 10 lb cured ham. the marinate is 2 cans of coca cola combined with 1/2 cup brown sugar, a heaping teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, plus about 1/2 to 3/4 can of crushed pineapple. tomorrow i will cook this ham for 15 to 20 minutes per pound on 325 degrees in the oven basting every 1/2 hour with the marinate. will let you know how it turns out.
