But the fact that the dead can't be prosecuted caused it to be revised, so that the families didn't suffer from any legal hassles. But concerning an assisted suicide, it is illegal to be involved with an assisted suicide an that could include the suicide-ee as well as the helper. A failed assisted suicide could involve prosecuting everybody concerned.
