Was anyone else impressed with the play of Tahj Jones last week against Auburn? Honestly I think he had the best game of any one of our linebackers all season long. I would like to see him play more, because our one glaring weakness on this defense would be the Linebacker unit. Karnell Hatcher is a better linebacker than he is a safety but he still isn't great. Neither is Stephon Francois, or Ryan Baker for that matter. They are going to be huge in 2 weeks, or need to be huge in 2 weeks, because of Alabama's philosophy.

I believe lb is the only position at which Bama is clearly better than we are. We however are clearly better at qb, wr, te, and all special team units. When I make those stements I am speaking of starters only. When you bring backups into the equation there are several areas (secondary, dl) where we outclass them.

If Chavis knows how to do anything, it's get the most out of his LBs. He'll have them ready.
