    On the other side, Yamaha started making a bike like the H-D, to compete with the Half-Mile, Short Track and TT bikes. Mike Gerald was sponsored by Yamaha, the bad thing, the motor wouldn't stay together. He left it at our shop, we took it down, changed a few things. A few weeks later he took the bike up North and set a track record with it after the adjustments.
