    Wait a minute. I've done that lots of times and I can't remember it ever going flat right away.

    My wife read it the other day and I was like "wait, what"? But it is true. Why do you think all those fountains have the soda chilled before it hits the ice. Damndest thing but it is so.

    I don't know about all that but I was informed a few years ago that the way to pour whiskey is to add the ice after it's poured. When it comes to whiskey, I pretty much follow directions from the drinker.

    When I first drank whiskey I Franke with Coke and ice. Then I drank it with just ice. Now I just drink it straight out of the bottle.

    Time capsule buried 220 YEARS ago is unearthed from block of granite - can you guess what's inside?
    American Revolution War icons, Samuel Adams and Paul Revere are thought to have buried the capsule, which will be opened this weekend

    That what you like a barman to do, so you can see how much whiskey he put in it. When I pour my own, it doesn't matter much.

    If you have soda In a plastic container, after opened, squeeze the fluid to the top removing all air and re-cap, soda will always retain it's carbonation.
