    I was at the Tulane game in '07. Another horrible Tulane team. Again, it was the week before a big matchup against Florida - a classic trap game. The Tigers looked pathetic in the first half. They were not prepared and looked slow and uninspired. Barely went into half time with a lead of 10-9. The second half they pulled their heads out and ended up winning 34-9. Didn't come close to covering.

    The tigers will win convincingly. They will not cover 34.

    I think LSU is going to play this game as a scrimmage, as they try different looks and variations they may try against Bama... and our defense will toy and playa round, Tulane doesn't score but maybe a FG... LSU 38 - Tulane 3.

    I'm glad I don't bet on LSU games, because I would be tempted to take this one.

    Tulane sucketh and LSU is rising.

    which is why we should worry. the coaches may be having a hard time keeping the players focused. However, we should win handily. I just hope we look good doing it. A sloppy win vs Tulane is not a good sign.

    If I were forced to bet, I would put my money on Tulane.

    Somewhere along the line, they will get 7 or 10 points.

    That means we put up 42 to 45 points to cover.

    I don't see that. I hope we do, but I don't see it happening.
