Interesting, the SEC has two teams (Auburn & Tennessee) in the Top 25 with two losses (nobody else does) and six teams in the Top 25 total.

I'm really surprised the coaches did not put Paterno higher, I thought PSU deserved to be.

yes, the coaches poll is a joke, just like the ap. both bama and PSU should be ahead of miami

and why UGA and Bama dont get #1 votes gets me too. each of these teams have now DOMINATED solid teams (and UGA's was on the road) maybe their future tough schedule is being considered.

Two quality wins against OSU & Minnesota. They made a big jump from 18 to 10. If they put a whipping on Michigan next week I'd look for 'em to go higher.

You are correct. I thought that was the case when I posted, but I obviously didn't check it. My bad.

Remember the AP Pol isn't in the BCS formula this year but the Harris Poll is. It has Tenn. with two losses at #8 ands LSU at #12. Go figure.

LSU is #10 in the Harris poll... Tennessee is #21........
