So what you're saying is that if Johnny Jones had a quirky way of speaking he would be Les Miles. He can't be as hard headed as Miles. Nobody could.

I don't know a whole lot about basketball strategy but after watching a few games last year, it was clear that Johnny Jones is not a good X's and O's coach. And that's being generous.
