Could this be the year that LSU makes the tourney? With a win over a very talented West Virginia team on the road could we see a competitive LSU basketball team?

Tonight I'm watching LSU recruit Ben Simmons, the kid can play. It was on ESPN2

How many does the PMAC seat? I see a lot of empty seats and no noise.

It's gonna take a good run to get the fans back. That and Christmas break...

Something positive here, really excited for LSU basketball this year, for one thing we now have the SEC Network, I and we all can see most of the games now. Besides that though they are looking pretty good this year, saw some flashes that remind me of the good ole days!

I like this year's BB team. They are fun to watch (thanks SEC Network) and seem to be a little more consistent and talented in their play as well. Hornsby has a funky shot, but I am waiting on the PA announcer to play a snippet of Mandolin Rain every time he strokes a three. Guard play (offensively and defensively) seems better too.

The light has come on for Tim Quarterman.

True. Quarterman looks the part this year. I would like to see us have 2-3 more quality off the bench players. Mickey and Martin are going to need some relief as the season wears on, without too much of a drop off in quality. I think as we develop some depth this team will continue to look better and better.
