I wouldn't think any coach would care who broadcasts the games. I don't think Brady will be very good at it. He doesn't have a very media friendly personality.
He's been doing radio for several years talking sports and I was surprised just how entertaining he was in an affable way.
It's different when you're played to win as opposed to paid to talk. Hopefully he doesn't fall into nostalgic banter about how he used to do it. They are p aid to make the current team look good. Should be easy money for him.
