i like this...BUT i don't like the next post that states if this happens he automatically becomes our starter next year. CLM no doubt has to be at wits end about the last 3 years qb play. especially with the possibility/belief that we were a qb away from another nc.
If he ever consistently played like he did against GT in '08 or Bama and Ole Miss this year, I'd have no problem with that. But, my goodness, did that young man ever have a horrible slump for most of this year. I'm willing to forgive him in '09, as the OL was really bad, and we had no running game to help him out (and he STILL put up better numbers than he did this year.) However, there were flashes of him being "good enough" against Bama and Ole Miss. So, I stand by my Jordan Jefferson for MVP tonight, especially since I'm sitting in my classroom in Plano, in my LSU sweatshirt, and have already had two Aggie teachers stop by with their maroon-clad selves to say, "Gig 'em."
