Hey guys is that little thing you guys do after big plays "bowing" to the team? You guys always do it after big plays and with the same band music...Always seen you do it and always wondered what it really was.

We do it only after the defense gets a stop.

It is typically done on fourth down, after the defense stops the other team and forces a punt. Also done after missed field goals, turnovers, etc etc.

Just showing respect to the defense. Not sure when/how it originated.

Cool...I really noticed it 2 years ago. I was in the Bama student section and there was a girl 2 rows in front of me decked out in LSU gear. Every time she did this her pants would ride a little low and I got some good views of her thong! :thumb:

I believe it started back in the days of the "Chinese Bandits" Defense.

If I am not mistaken that was the title of the music being played and way back when there were words that went along with it.

It's "Chinese Bandits", for defensive 4th down stops. The bowing is honor to the defensive players who made the stop.
