So next year we get back Mettenberger, Faulk, and some great RBs/WRs. On defense, the young CBs and LBs will return too. But what about the defensive stars? Reid is certainly gone but what about the D-linemen and Minter?

In addition to Reid, Minter, Mingo, and Montgomery are probably all gone. Everyone else I think will be back, minus SRs.

Offensive SRs - Shepard, Dworaczyk, Longergan.

Defensive SRs - Edwards, Downs

I don't think anybody leaves early on offense.

Yeah, still some big names on the roster, especially at DT.

DT - Freak Johnson, Ego, Mickey Johnson
DE - Rasco, Aghayere, Jordan Allen, Danielle Hunter, and Justin Maclin

All 4* and 5* guys. Plus our class this year is heavy on DEs.

D-tackle's will be fine, I think rasco is ready to step right in and be a star, there is also a lot of talent with the other guys, it's just a matter of how it translates to the field. For me the biggest question is if we could miracalously mange to keep one or even two of these guys......in my opinion if we get a couple to stay, LSU could be a NC type team again next year.

Reid and Minter are questionable IMO both could greatly improve draft stock with another year IMO but 2nd to 3rd round money is still hard to pass up. I do not see them going in the first round at this point. Mingo and Montgomery are first rounders for sure or should be.

I would think Reid stays if not a 1st rounder. Parents keep him grounded. Minter would be great to have stay but no idea where he stands. M & M are gone pecans. Post just below mentioned Logan. Isn't he a senior?
