Auburnt is looking good so far this season, i think it's going to be one of the toughest games this season. My concern is if Ivan goes through Alabamastan late Fri, the field will be sloppy; and we all know how that had an effect on our Defense ability to put pressure on the quarterback in the Oregon Game.

Auburn has looked good against ULM and MSU. I wouldn't get too excited about that...

The jury is still WAY out on both of our teams. Our match-up will tell much more of the story.

Coac Nick and JImbo will make adjustments for the conditions that we play in. This is something that they both admitted wasnt done when we played OSU. We should be fine against AU.

Wet or dry, it's going to come down to the trenches. Who wins up front wins this game.

wet will slow down AU running along with ours. Then it comes down to who can make the pass work. With our Recv we have advantage. LSU D line is better as well...close game

They cant pass the ball like oregon state can ....so if it does rain we will have the advantage plus we have know what its like already this year to play in rain i am sure our whole defense learned from it.

Auburn's Qb isn't near as talented as Oregon States Qb, so don't worry about him beating LSU. Plus auburn can't even decide on a qb so i wouldn't worry about campbell or the other one.

Can't decide on a QB? Campbell is clearly the starter. Cox plays a little to get experience JIC, but there is no QB controversy.

This is a very good point. LSU has already dealt with sloppy conditions. This young AU team has NOT. Advantage LSU. Big time.

to use the OSU game as a precedent would be a faulty one. as we know, the first game of the season for most teams can be a struggle. offenses are usually ahead of the defense and mistakes (as we saw), whether it be from nerves, mental mistakes and even the weather, are bound to occur.

this game will be won in the trenches and AU will be gunning for the tigers after that ass beating last year. the weather will not have an impact on the outcome of this game (unless its cancelled!).
