Ya'll remember when LSU's pass offense was ranked 90 or below for several straight years? My, my, how things have changed!

Offense is fun, but if there were a dominant D around you wouldn't see these numbers. LSU and Bama '11 would stifle these offenses. Last Clemson had an excellent D, look what they did to Bama.

We run a much different offense than Bama. If you can tackle in space, that Tua -2 yard pass wont do much.

That is why, I think, not a single team will shut us down. Only the wet field slowed us vs AU.

No team will shut us out, that's for sure. But a team like Ohio St will make some stops. There is no answer for Young, he will eat up Charles and Deculus and get several sacks.

It is hard to say. We force a team to drop 6-7 in coverage. That with our shotgun gives Burrow a few seconds and most plays he has a dumpoff. I think that is why his completion % is so damn high. When we faced AU, their Dline was such a factor, Burrow didn't have time to allow the WR's to get space on a wet field. That is really what it comes down to. Online has been awful really, but because our scheme is so good + Burrow skills, we dont really notice.

Meh, AU and Bama have pretty good DL, it isn’t like Burrow hasn’t had to deal with pressure. I ain’t skerd. More worried about the defense.

Did CLM put that earwax into his mouth--or was it grass?

Who remembers? It was sooooo long ago.
