  3. Yea all a RPO from my understanding is just that quarterback looking at leverage. If the corner is giving up inside leverage and the outside backer crashes down it will be open all day. Tua does this a lot. All RPOs are off of run plays. I think Gus Malzhan started this with Nick Marshall in 2013.
