Yes, that would be the wonderful Mr. Tony Brown ( www.mrbrown.net ). That aired last fall. I saw him at Wal-Mart on Perkins a couple weeks ago. He's a weird fellow.
I went to highschool with the guy that turns to the camera and goes, "that guy is a deuche bag" at the frat party. We thought it was hilarious - the guy is such an a**hole to say that on tv.... still funny though.
