I had forgot how good Rohan Davey was. He got hit late out of bounds in the cotton bowl which cost us that game.

 

Davey never played in a Cotton Bowl. The team was 4-7 and 3-8 his first 2 seasons here and he played in the Peach Bowl in 2000 and the Sugar in 2001.

 

My mistake it was 2003 and the qb was M Randall

 

The first half the announcer was comparing him to Joe Montana. The second half not so much.

 

I was at the game so I didn't hear that but I do remember the late hit out of bounds

 

I watched on TV but I don't remember the late hit. I probably would if the game had been close enough to blame on one bad call like the Patrick Peterson interception vs Bama.

 

I remember looking back on it on the my home and saying that was when the game turned, so it had to be late 2nd qtr or early 3rd.
