  2. Russell looks cut and it is impressive he is only 256. He has the same approach I do to getting in shape. Wait til the last second.
  3. Actually 4.6 is not bad at all for a strong safety. There are top receivers in the league that run in that range. Of course he won't be able to cover the real speed guys, but he is such a solid run stopper he will get a shot in the middle of day two.
  4. 4.6 isn't bad but he will be one of the slower SS. Speed has never really been his strong suit anyways, like you said he is a solid run stopper. He benched 225 25 times at the Combine which was 2nd most out of all DB's.

  8. The NFL Network had a 30 minute special yesterday about LSU’s Pro Day. Someone made a .wmv video of the whole thing, it’s 71 MB and 22 1/2 minutes long. The first 90 seconds is an intro, then the LSU part starts. I haven’t watched all of it yet, but from what I saw it seems worth the download if you have time to watch it.
