I can't bring myself to predict a loss even though I have a gut feeling this will be a loss for LSU. LSU 24 Troy 23 LSU 7 penalties LSU 376 total yards Guice will play if he wants to play, it's obviously his choice. Final season record 7-5. Indy bowl.
Form what we've seen so far, I've given my gut a vacation for this football season. My hope is that LSU continues to show improvement, pulls away in the second quarter and stays in control for the whole game... LSU: 35 Troy: 10 ... but like LaSalleAve --- I'll certainly take any win!
I agree with Roy. I think we continue to see improvement. LSU-42 Troy-13 Guice should be held out period. Penalties about the same as last week. Final record 8-4 Liberty bowl or the like.
this... young guys tend to get over confident playing a team they think they should beat... this is a game where the coaches earn their pay because they have to convince the team to take Troy seriously and that they can't afford to overlook anybody... i would be ecstatic to be wrong of course... geaux tigers!!!
that's the problem... start getting complacent thinking you can half-ass it and pull out the win all the time and it'll bite you in the dick... i remember having to score 30+ pts just to pull out a win against Troy with a more experienced team, or maybe i was dreaming...
I dont think this team thinks that anymore. Pretty freaking sure MSU's team showed them that and also sure they learned how penalties really let a team back int he game like MSU and Cuse. Not sure what games you have been watching lol.
yep remember what happened the last time we played troy. I we had to come back and and pull it out in the 4th. Man I had to re watch the game the next day. I wasn't sure if all the drinking I did that night (b/c how crappy we looked) made me imagine that we pulled out the win. Let me tell you if you want to feel worse with a hang over, go watch that shit show.
idk what i've been watching.. i guess i didn't see them get curb stomped by the cowbells... i guess i didn't see them have to hold on to beat a team they were supposed to beat by 3 tds... maybe i've been looking at the wrong games... again, i hope i'm wrong and they've learned their lesson, but these are the kind of games teams lose... especially knowing they have the gators next week... they don't call them look-ahead games for nothing...
