We may not make it to the CWS this year(you never know), but we have alot of very young talent. It is mainly freshmen who are contributing and that bodes well for the future. I think CPM his heading the program in the right direction. I think he understands that you cant recruit 1st rounders in the MLB draft and expect them to skip the money and play college ball unlike our previous coach. I am excited about this young team and hopefully we will play well against Kentucky this weekend.:geauxtige
I agree this is a young, talented and spirited team. Although I do not beleieve another dynasty is in the near future I do see us becoming a national powerhouse within the next 3 years. :tigbas:
CPM is definitely heading this team in the right direction. I see improvement in every game in certain areas. However, I do see some backtracking in other areas, but you can't expect CPM to accomplish everything with players that he inherited. Once he gets the players that he wants, I have a good feeling we'll be back where we belong.
