LSU v. Texas?

What are the chances of LSU v. Texas? I'd love to play LSU.

Decent if USC holds on to the Sugar Bowl berth. I'd love to get a piece of Texas after last year.

 

I'd rather not play Texas again. We would beat them, but I want the chance to play Michigan.

 

Beyotch-slapping Mack Brown and the teasips would be nice, but I prefer another Big XII team.

Any B(C)S bowl is good, though.

 

Here is why you will NOT beat Georgia:
(1)the game will be almost a home game for them.
(2)it is very hard to beat a quality team twice in one year.
(3)their qback is outstanding.

Here is why you WILL beat Georgia:
(1)you have tremendous team speed (speed kills), and
(2)LSU is the hottest team in the country.

If the breaks are even:
LSU 27, Georgia 23

LSU v. Texas would make for a great, great BCS Bowl Game. I hope we get to play you.

 

I'd like a chance at Michigan but Texas would be nice too.

If we do get to play Texas, they would be the 4th stop on the LSU REVENGE Tour 2003-2004

1. Auburn
2. Bama
3. Arkansas

You could only hope the score would be 65-13.

 

I'd like to play Texas, too, since (a) they get blasted up the middle by good running teams, (b) they themselves cannot run a lick against a good running defense and (c) we've proven just this past week that we can and will contain a speedy, mobile QB if necessary.

That being said, if we get screwed out of the Sugar I want the best available team left, and that ain't Texas, pal, it's Michigan.

 

I'm thinking about it this way, another LSU - Texas game can show all the recruits in the area which team is moving forward and which is not.
