don't be nit picky, guys. the O was slow to line up, they got stopped 3 straight times, and would have been stopped on the 4th try, but the timeout allowed them to gather themselves, and score a TD. That is the goal to score a TD, right? Not end the half w/the most timeouts, right?
so you risk a snap from center to the QB (in the shotgun, no less) and then a handoff to the running back and then he has to hold onto the ball why? God, I wish they would have fumbled. Then the numbnut announcers would have started asking why didn't you just kneel it?
