4-1 bottom 8. wise is 3 for 3. ya know the best pure hitter on the team. also happens to be a freshman.

dirks has retired the last 15 batters in order.

Tigers win 5-1. Dirks gave up a run on 4 hits in the 1st 3 innings then only gave up a double in the 9th after that. He and Olvey look to make a formidable Friday-Saturday tandem this year.
