someone asked what LSU would look like with black jerseys, but I don't know how to post one. Could I email the pic to some one?

Sorry, but it seems to me plainly obvious what LSU would look like with black jerseys. We'd look... black.

This question was brought up last year, and here is what I did back then.

The steelers or grambling come to mind.

True. Black just doesn't seem to work for us, especially after looking at these pics. Georgia pulled it off nicely, but it's one of their colors.

On the other hand, we don't need to pull something similar and bring back the gold jerseys, either.

Nah, I agree... I think that our white traditional jerseys are just a staple of our image. You see those uniforms and you automatically say, "that's LSU." Instant classic. Instant recognition. Can't mess with that! :geauxtige

I agree... i don't like changing anything. Helmets... i hated the white ones for the Tulame game. Just stick to the gold helmet, gold pants, and purple/white jerseys.

Georgia already has black in their uniform so it works for them. We have no black whatsoever and we look a lot like the Iowa Hawkeyes too. It just looks really bland.

you made this from purple unis. The right shoulder is still purple:wave: .

I think LSU could do black, but there would have to be some purple thrown in there.
