On ESPN Radio's Mike & Mike program this morning they were discussing who should be on sport's "Mt. Rushmore". So far they've selected (I believe) Babe Ruth, Michael Jordan, and someone else. Who belongs on LSU's "Mt Rushmore" of sports?
Too many people to list... Bold choices go on the main one across all sports... Coaches: Dale, Saban, Cholly Mac, Dietzel, Skip Bertman Basketball: Shaq, Pettit, Maravich, Rudy Macklin Football: Tittle, Cannon.. ?? Billy Cannon, Cholly Mac, Skip Bertman, and Maravich. Thats LSU's Rushmore.
isn't much else to say. no coach will ever accomplish what skip accomplished. no player will ever accomplish what maravich accomplished. cannon is lsu's only heisman winner and cholly mac has been the longest-tenured and most successful of all lsu football coaches.
