If we don't get Evans, Burch, Webb, and Dumerville, then telling all these committed kids to look elsewhere will bite us in the ass. It also doesn't look good IMO. I know most coaches do this, but it doesn't sit right. I find it ridiculous that fans defend the university, saying only the best. While slamming a kid who decommits for not following their word.
Do you expect him to not play college football and earn a college degree? Read between the lines. He has no scholarship offer from LSU.
In fairness, I’m not so sure he flipped. The 247 guys seem to think he was processed. I’m skeptical because of his talent level, though. Seems like we would have processed the Texas CB before Burns, but who knows.
Could be one of those "upside" situations. Maybe they see something in the Tx kid that makes them think he will be better
