Will be announced as new ND head coach shortly. Very surprised they gave home the position. Not saying he won’t be good, just didn’t see it coming with no head coaching experience.
I like the direction our defense was going in the last 4-5 games. We clearly got better as the season went on.
I liked the development of the defense at all levels and wouldn't be opposed if they all came back. We had significant losses on the D line, at linebacker, and in the secondary, yet all showed significant improvement. I feel far different about the offense.
Offensive coaching staff needs a complete overhaul, but the case can be made for much, if not all, of the defensive staff to be brought back.
It burns the Irish ass what we did to them. This is what they used to do to schools in 60's and 70's. Karma is a biatch.
