If only one of those republican Supreme Court justices would keel over or retire while Obama was president, I can't believe there are people who actually think this republican controlled Supreme Court has been anything but a complete disaster. Alito or Scalia especially would be my choice to get ghost permanently.

Nonsense. The Court is 4-4 with Kennedy as the swing. He has continued to move left on many decisions including abortion and gay marriage, not to mention upholding a key aspect of Obamacare. Among cons, he is considered a traitor more often than not and can't seem to make up his mind on gun control. I think a Democratic President is likely in 2 years. With a Republican Congress, lib justice candidates will get rejected at least once or twice, leaving us with a 3rd choice....just like Kennedy.
