    When they announce his name the place is going to go nuts. He was a true competitor and game manager. He's the type of leader that we are missing right now. He brought a fire to the team and they respected him. Not knocking JR but Mauck even though his arm wasn't the strongest he knew how put his team in good situations consistently by taking what the defense gave him. Is he still in the pros? I know he sat the bench for a while.

    USC shouldn't be there. The article said BCS champs. Weren't they the paper champs? No trophy = No championship.

    LSU should allow Mauck to bring the crystal to the ceremony and then taunt the USC player with it.
