Can't really have a manual cause there's too many standards. Faggot is very personal. If I were to use it, it's directed at THAT individual....it's meant to cause harm/pain. Tranny is collective. I've worked amongst many of them and have yet to find one that took tranny as offensive.
Also can be used when talking smack to you buddies to insinuate that whatever he did or said was gay.
