  4. There are a few (albeit not many) arguments against raising the minimum wage. There are none for charging people to produce their own energy.

  7. Article is a bit of a stretch. The fee only applies to those who sell back to energy companies. The same fee is charged to energy companies who sell to te public. If you install your own production and don't sell back the fee doesn't apply. Makes sense to me.
