neither do people that use marijuana, it would just be nice not to be taken to jail. they are going to do it anyway. why not take that burden off the taxpayers who ultimately pay for weed smokers and dealers to be locked up.

Come on, man. Weed has been illegal for a long time now. Just because you got bored in 8th grade and wanted to rebel, don't pretend like something was stripped from you.

I don't get how you can do something illegal, like it, then feel like the government stole it. Hiding it? Maybe so. Its not like when the law was .10 and then dropped it to .08. Now that's stealing.
