  1. Team defense never matters
  2. yea unless you have Baltimore or Pittsburgh
  3. And depends on the scoring system which goes for all postions minus kickers.
  4. Again, team defense never matters. They don't differ enough in scoring.
  5. Again...It does when emphasis is put on the scoring system. Return TDs and yards, more points for turnovers and extra points for defensive TDs, etc... Creates greater separation. Not as much as managing RB and WRs or even QBs. But in one of my leagues last year there was a difference of 15+ per game in average between some of the top defenses and the lower middle tier (teams can also go negative in points). I personally wait until late in the draft to pick mine up.
  6. Wrong and stupid. For the third time, the defense doesn't matter.

Manipulate the scoring all you want, defense is not important. Create a league with any scoring you want and defense still should be drafted lat with kickers.
  7. Also your allegation about a 15 point difference is not true and you only make yourself look stupid saying it.
  8. That's unbelievable and on this rare occasion I agree with Martin, could be the coolest name ever....who did he play for?
  9. Ryan Matthews did you just call someone stupid?
  10. How have y'all never heard of Bronko Nagurski? There is a CFB award named after him, of which our very own Glenn Dorsey was the recipient in 2007.
