  3. I have had the Glemorange Port, I thought it was just ok. maybe I do need to visit scotland. Glenlivet is pretty damn smooth and to say its not is pretty crazy to me. I have a bottle of McCallens that I have had for 7 years, I dont know when I am going to open it.
  4. I don't know which sucks more: Scotch or hijacking one of MY threads.
  5. is that star wars related?

looks like whiskey snobs are almost as bad as wine and beer snobs. who knew.
  6. i know what you're saying, but LSU, Florida, and Georgia combined have only 1 unbeaten year during the same time frame.
  7. I had some really good whiskey once, it was almost like drinking water, it had a nice flavor but you couldn't feel the alcohol until it slid down your gullet. I heard it cost a couple of bills, maybe it was Jack Daniels. Then I had some whiskey a friend brought back from Ireland and it tasted like bog water, in a good way. But it didn't leave the good impression of my first experience with whiskey.
  8. ive never heard of a whiskey snob, I didnt think it was such a thing. I usually just called them drunks.
  9. That would be the Oban Kenobi Scotch . . . but I don't recommend it.
  10. What a waste. Wouldnt last 7 days at my house.
