If so, it wouldn't be any different than Mack Brown always voting OU down about 15th.

Remember the coaches are not bias in any way, shape or form.

I gotta believe that even though coaches votes are not made public, they are obviously known to the BCS folks. There needs to be someone holding these coaches accountable for their rankings, and stripping them of their vote should it be deemed necessary.

They are ALL known to the powers that be. If a coach submits his rankings and some of them are WAY out of line, the coach will be called and asked if he made a mistake or not. If not, he will be asked to defend his ranking. Their voting rights can be taken away.

I heard all this the other day, when a guy that votes in the polls was being interviewed. He said there is a ton of rules and guidelines that you must follow, and they won't hesitate for a second giving you a phone call if something looks out of line.

I wonder if they force such coaches to re-submit a new ballot though. If such a thing happened and the coach refused to change the votes when they call him, do they stick with the votes as casted and reprimand him later (revoke his voting priveledges)?

Wow, that's a shocker. They need to vote again on making Coaches votes public. Even better, assign former coaches who actually have time to watch the games on Saturday to replace the coaches who "vote." Anyone think Saban puts more than 30 minutes to an hour into voting every week? The coaches poll needs to be tossed or use the idea I previously mentioned.

AP votes are public, coaches should be too. Not only that, but there should be a designated time to allow coaches to watch tape and vote for real. I've seen many many interviews where coaches admit to having their staff vote for them because if they take the time off to watch tape and make an informed decision they will 'lose valuable practice and recruiting time'.

    Lissen' up

Tubbervile has a vote ... how's that for system integrity :dis: :dis: :dis:

Just try selling me a ****ing "used car" here, boy

The system sucks ... but AP & Computer polls take these "gomers" like CTT ...

    Out of the equation ...

Coaches like CTT should never be awarded "the vote"

... they should be screened for "integrity" like a Supreme Court Justice ... spelled "Just Us" by gomers like CTT.

Saban has earned his right to vote ... and no coach in America would deny this ... maybe 60+ (of 117) coaches voting is too much ... IMO
